Sizztech rebrands as Forecaz, unifying the company, its AI-driven urban growth modelling platform, implementation services, and support under a single name, marking a new chapter for a business that has grown from its Queensland origins to serve councils and utilities across Australia and to secure a position on the Municipal Association of Victoria's AI Procurement Register.
A New Name That Reflects Who We Are

From 2 March 2026, Sizztech will operate under a single, unified brand: Forecaz. The company's platform, implementation services, and support offering will all carry the Forecaz name, aligning the brand with the product that councils, utilities, and planning professionals across Australia already know.
The decision to rebrand reflects a straightforward reality. Over the past several years, the Forecaz platform has become the name that clients, industry partners, and the planning profession associate with AI-driven urban growth modelling. The rebrand removes the distance between the company and its product, presenting one brand, one platform, and one team to the market.
The rebrand includes a new logo, a refreshed visual identity, and a new website at forecaz.com.
A Platform Built on Proven Partnerships
The Forecaz platform has been applied across a growing number of councils and utilities throughout Australia, supporting infrastructure planning, growth sequencing, scenario modelling, and housing diversity forecasting.
Moreton Bay Regional Council, one of Australia's largest and fastest-growing local government areas, is the most recent council to engage the Forecaz platform. Urban Utilities, which delivers water and wastewater services to South East Queensland, is among the utilities using Forecaz to align infrastructure investment with forecast development demand. These partnerships reflect the platform's ability to serve both planning and infrastructure teams with the same spatially sequenced, AI-driven growth model.
Appointed to the MAV AI Procurement Register
Forecaz has been appointed to the Municipal Association of Victoria's (MAV) AI Procurement Register, managed by MAVlab as part of its Advancing AI Innovation in Local Government project. The register connects Victorian councils with 19 vetted AI vendors assessed against sector-specific technical, ethical, and governance standards developed with input from more than 250 council, sector, and academic partners.
The appointment means Victorian councils seeking AI tools for urban growth forecasting, land use analysis, and infrastructure planning can engage Forecaz through a streamlined, standards based procurement pathway. Forecaz looks forward to working with MAVlab to bring the platform to Victorian councils and to supporting the broader local government sector as it builds capability in applied AI.
One Brand, One Focus
Bradley Rasmussen, CEO and founder of Forecaz, said the rebrand marks a natural evolution for the company.
"Forecaz has always been at the centre of what we do. Our clients know the platform, they trust the platform, and they refer to it by name. Bringing the company and the platform together under one brand is a straightforward decision that reflects where we are and where we are going. We are one team, building one platform, focused entirely on giving councils and utilities the most accurate, actionable view of urban growth available."
The new Forecaz website is now live, with updated resources, case studies, and information on the platform's capabilities and service offering.
